Euroleague, measured
elcourtside is a statistics site for the EuroLeague, built on the competition's own public data. Every figure here is computed locally from raw boxscores and play-by-play events — none of it is copied from a published stats page.
Where to start
How the numbers are made
Games are pulled from the public Euroleague API on a nightly schedule and stored raw, exactly as served. Every metric is then derived from those stored bytes, so a corrected formula is a recomputation rather than a re-download.
PIR follows the official formula from the boxscore. Plus/minus is not published per player, so it is reconstructed by tracking substitutions through the play-by-play — which means it exists only for seasons that have play-by-play, from 2007-08 onward.
